I don't know what to think about that track. As far as running 12.1 then 11.6, it's totally doable on different days without actually adding any more powermods. Give the fella a break. This track seems a little funny though. Doesn't seem like it's permanently there. |
Well that Pat guy read this thread and didn't reply. Maybe he needs time to come up with a response. Running 11.6 @123 in a 3500 pound with driver in an AWD vehicle I don't think your realizing how fast that car would actually be. It's probably blowing away the next fastest Mazdaspeed 6 by almost a second which at that speed looks like 6-7 car lengths |
Probably is 1/8km or something |
Guy shows video. Then everyone and their dog fills 3 pages with bench bickering like a bunch of women on the rag. |

Jealousy is killing some people, apparently. And it was probably not 3500 lbs with no back seat, and basically gutted. Probably more like 3200lbs with driver. MAYBE 3300. That's STi or MS3 weight. Sucky way to get to it, but makes a difference. |
sucky way? it's drag racing all that matters is the time slip doesn't matter how you come by it. Now street race and daily driver is a different story. |

Selective ass memory with some of you guys on this site....... |
Today I've made the video that shows the way i stripped my car for the yesterday drag session and my 3076 HTA setup under the hood. |
It's not like he did the run and then pasted a timeslip like that rr video. He's got like 30 witnesses and an announcer, then the time shows up on a monitor. He's from Russia, with love, not selling anything |
looks great. you have a huge turbine housing on there too... 1.06 A/R. How much boost you running and how long does it take to reach full boost? |
Looks solid, where is the air metered at? On the cold pipe? Probably a really dumb question |

T3 twinscroll spools fast as hell. I've proven that with vid's already. A divided T3 is pretty small so you have some serious velocity headed into the turbine even with a 1.06. My .78 doesn't spool much later than the damn K04 for that matter. He is running the HTA which is supposed to be better too which I passed on. It all seems possible to me from what I've seen and done with my car. I had more interior and less air from altitude and I'm not that far off. He's definitely running at least 27psi from experience. |
That thing is pretty nasty. |
I actually don't think he came out of the hole as good as others do. From the sound and look it seems like there was wheel spin. Probably 1-200 RPM less on launch would do better. The top end is the most impressive to me though. 123 or 124 or whatever the hell it was is a lot on this car. That's 10mph on me roughly which no math shows me picking up. That seems like 30+psi territory which is possible with 3.5bar map I guess or some other trickery I imagine. Must be Vodka in the tank. Ethanol>methanol? LOL |
haha it almost looks like you got some vodka chillin in the back seat |
man... thats fast. Too bad that suspension was not ideal. I wonder if he coulda gone under 11.3 with stiff coils |
Suspension would have helped a ton. Think about it. a mid 1.6 60ft would have dropped him to 11.2-11.3 no fucking problem. I bet if he got stiffer suspension and went up 2psi that 10.9-11.1 wouldnt be out of the question. Hats off to you for stepping up the stakes. As soon as i get my car back Im gonna try and duplicate your et. I know my car an do it with the lil 3071r iwg. Just gonna have to run 20-22psi to do it. If you look at my 1/8 mile mph (92) compared to raceroots they are the same. But my 1/4 is 5mph less. I need more boost and to leave it in 4th and run it out. |

Well, I have russian surname and some russian roots. But I was born in Ukraine, I am a citizen of Ukraine and live in Ukraine. Though I speak Russian daily (as well as Ukrainian and English), I supposed to be a Ukrainian, not a Russian. Thank you for understanding :) http://metaldetectingworld.com/06_ki..._2_ukraine.jpg Nikolay Valuev - Russia http://www.russianews.ru/files/29409/valuev.jpg Vitaliy Klitschko - Ukraine http://www.artukraine.com/old/sport/...sanders5-s.jpg Besides, afaik, best russian MPSs' ET is still 13's. |

Don't care about the RR bullshit. Didn't see it the first time, don't care about it this time. If you can prove Pat is full of shit, great. But until you do, you're just jealous and bitter. Quote:

He's running speed density now this should be good. I'm going to guess he has little information on it like how his track time was missing most of the info. |
Wow an MS6 with the versatility of a MS3......runs 11's. Great job o/p on the run even though the track looks like a scene from 28 days later. I still think 11's can be had without hacking up the interior though. Id be much more impressed if a full on MS6 street car ie seats, carpet, spare tire etc etc ran an 11.8 or 11.9 and showed a full time slip. Did you even get a print out of the time or just these videos? |

I don't actually mind the car being stripped. What ever gets the job done IMO. as long as it's legit..... |
^^^He had stripes? I thought it was stripped. |
did you launch in 2nd? |
doesn't look like it. |
So how fast were you during this vid You say 350 awhp whats diff between then and now? |

with this being said above taken from your other thread...... Given you didn't bring a camera with you or have anyone video taping your run from three different angles, how in the hell would you even know what you ran? If nothing is given out about your time what would be the point in running anyway? I guess im just confused by how things are run at this track? You get a filthy reaction time posted on the screen that we obviously know doesn't really matter anyway or care about, but no 1/8th? No 60FT? Im just curious were you picked up speed that carried you into 11's from your previous runs to compare. |

subbed for when he runs at different drag strip (if there is any in Ukraine) so we can see some 60' and 1/8th mile times. Regardless though, that setup looks fucking sick!! ...Chuck Norris would have run 10's on same setup though. |
