I like this boost activated cutout idea.

evo 8 9 boost activated cut out

It's rather expensive.

One could be fabbed up for less with a used gate.

Just watch things carefully the first couple times you run with that cutout open.

I enjoy being reckless with my car apparently and just opened the cutout at the track, on my 3rd pull every in boost on this setup, without ever getting to look at a log, to see what happens before I actually tuned my car this time.

Here's what happened.

40psi (8-9psi over the previous run with the cutout closed)

@MZRSPEED; runs open dp with a res and side exit. Doesn't sound loud at all.

That's why you tune with the cutout open Mark!

I tuned @psychophyr;'s car with the cutout open to 42 PSI.

If he doesn't open the cutout, he will hit 38 PSI and just make less power.

Also stupid expensive, but another option. I still have my IWG actuator from my GT3071 and I debated on making this:
