Hoosier QTP....track conditions were mad shitty....I ran a 1.9 60ft all 3 runs launch at different RPMS all the way upto 5k LC.....They kept breaking down and pretty much any fast car pulled out before making a single pass saying it wasnt worth a fuck that the track was too slick...

I have the same tires coming from dturboman, so I cant wait to try them next week. Our track has been shit so far too. I tries on street tires and the best 60ft I could do was 2.5. Lol. FML

Dude, thats awesome man. I'm sure its tough gettin those 60s down just with fwd. Hit the track again when it's prepped better and you'll shave a few tenths ez. Welp, that's another stock turbo running 12s lol. Keep em coming boys!!!!

Too cold... Mid 60s

I like it best whens its mid 50s to 60s. The 60fts were bad from all the street tire cars out there pullin up all the good rubber left down by slicks and track officials. Thats the reason I hate going out on the street legal nites at the track. Cause the street tires pull up the sticky stuff and youll see it sprayed all up the side of their car. When they spray the vht down on that compound is when youlll get your best 60s. But Ive noticed if the rubber isnt there the vht just makes things worse sometimes. Its a real sensative subject and I have a solution for us fwd guys.

When your pullin up to the lite pay attention to the ground. Look at the surface and put your tires on the darkest areas where there is more rubber. The lighter areas are where the concrete/asphault areas are showing through. STay away from these areas and your 60fts will reflect it. I forgot to mention that last night bewsted Im sorry. Next time you will have it. Though I do think on a high trq setup like yours that some toyo or m&h slicks would have been a better choice. I still havent seen anyone cut good 60fts on those qtps like I have. There has been a few but those tires just arent consistant. Ask anyone who has spent any amount of time on the qtps, they just arent consistant. It gets frustrating. It is possible though to cut good 60s on them. Just gotta work at it, get some good track prep and pray to the 60ft gods. Once you finally get a good 60ft youll love the feeling, its pretty cool. Like someones pushing u into your seat LOL

Like i said earlier im not blaming it all on the track but when the alcohol cars start refusing to run you know there is a issue....

I seen a couple single turbo supras run 12.2-12.5 @ 135-145 because they were pedaling past the 330....Pretty damn shitty IMO

LOLz, I hit that time on a stock k04, now I'm built and BT. Mods....3" intake, ap, dp, pnp'd head and intake manifold, striaght piped with some e85 and tuned by me. Pretty much mods for it power wise at the time
