I love the two quotes you now have as your sig, so insulting i'm getting an erection.... :baby:

lol you editing your sig with that was actually pretty funny...mine were actual quotes though :)

anyways -

you seem to miss the point so i will say it clearly

YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HIT 500 WITH YOUR SETUP as a small back housing (and you say it was ported) will flow at least 475whp worth of air

so what has you so upset?

EDIT: What were your past cars btw - just curious - i like to see how people progress with their decisions...mine were retarded lol...turbo mz3 (spent way to much money), ms6 (bought used with a shitty oil consuming motor), 335i

lol, I'm done with all the shit, i'll continue a nice convo later. I just woke up and going out so i'll give ya info when I get home.

only thing that upset me as usual is the manner in which you converse with ppl.
I dunno why I get excited some times. =)

i'll be back laters.:argue:

You guys are hilarious. Its so funny how forums are. We are here supposably sharing info to better each others cars and you all sound like a bunch of school girls. Maybe if I fuck all you guys (by running 11s first) you guys will settle down. LOL

Unfortunately I have to wait till next month to handle this shit.

Driver, which track are you going next month to, Sac?

BrianZX10R 03-06-2011 01:51 PM

wilks, if 9900 runs 11's tonight are you ever going to the track again?? cause isn't the hole point to be the first??

Yes... Because I will have to run a faster 11

jhershorin 03-06-2011 02:01 PM

a quick shortcut solution to 11s for you joel...(or any ms3 with high 300 to 400whp)...

take out your lower control arms...press out the bushings...pour 92 dura mix from mcmaster...set it...press back in...get two cylindrical rods from mcmaster car with the reverse joints so you can tighten...weld the two eye loops with reverse threading in the spots that fit that will tie control arm to the subframe without interfering with turning the wheels...tighten at the track...rev to 5500 or two step and dump the clutch as long as your slicks are warmed up properly lol

:) if only it was that simple...although either of those would help drastically...a local friend of mine in miami helped me do my lca bushings back on my fwd car and wheel hop ceased. the stock bushings just have too much slop...i htink sean (socks) found some topspeed ones on ebay...they prob wont be as stiff as ones you could make on your own (dura pour is cheap) but would still be an improvement

This is all irrelevant Jake. Speedsixxx will be running 9s before any of us can even hit 11s

Does anyone make LCA bushings for the MS3? I remember replacing some on an SRT4 I had, and when I took the LCA's off, the bushings just fell out. New bushings helped the car go straight as well as take the hop out. I am sure my MS3 LCA bushings look shitty from all the times at the track last year.

So yeah, Atco didn't happen because of the rain today. Sucks.

There is a company that makes shitty sleeved bushings to press in...

i really recommend going to a local place andhaving the stockers pressed out and pouring your own andthen having those pressed in

like you stated "stupid ppl irritate me", that is an awfully stupid comment coming from you.

like my name says, I have a speed 6 and I don't get wheel hop.

and 2nd i'll be sure to do my best and beat whatever time you may get the next time out.

Mazda 3 04-08 Front Lower Arm Bushings Kit 4 Pcs - eBay (item 230593231879 end time Apr-02-11 21:31:03 PDT)

think these really are shitty? For 140, and a few hours of labor, doesn't seem bad if they cut a lot of wheel hop out and are still good on roads.

I'm definitely planning on doing these once the weather warms up.

They will be an improvement but for about 30$ you can do custom pour. If you guys want a how to - find someone local and I'll help them do it and they can watch and take pics or w/e.

qtrmile beast 03-07-2011 01:01 PM

I need a good camera man that can video my runs when i go in a couple of weeks or as soon as i get my manifold fixed!!!

jhershorin 03-07-2011 01:37 PM

You know i'll be there with you if the next private rental is on a saturday instead of a friday.

spiker98 03-07-2011 02:50 PM

+1 on a good video camera.
Im not going to try and use my droidx for this awesomeness.

I shouldn't even be giving you guys warning, but you guys better get your asses to the track before the 19th.

I'm going to be prepared this time.

spnkr21 03-07-2011 03:04 PM

I'm not nervous but thanks for the warning :)

Well, considering you aren't even in the same league, you have no reason to worry. I was talking more to the people who actually have a chance of running in the 11s

Well i am not nervous as i can't wait til someone runs faster than me as that will give me the motivation again to run. I sorta went back to just cleaning my car up waiting for the day to go back to the track. good luck "Jwilkins88" i want to see a 11.7@119-121mph pass out of ya!!!

As far as the track rental i don't think it will be anyone one the weekend until after the season is over since the track is booked all season long with either events or test and tune.. But since everytime i go i only run about 3-4 times i think i will just start going back to test and tune.

qtrmile beast 03-07-2011 06:21 PM

UPDATE!!! i will be swapping out this peice of shit PG manifold for a DNP if not this weekend maybe the next just for temporary as i will have my steedspeed top mount here hopefully by the weekend!!! I can't install the steedspeed until i get the DP and other parts ordered so i will be just using the DNP for the mean time!!

After that i will be ready to knock this 11 out for you guys!!!!

Id be willing to bet money that dnp works every bit as good as the steedspeed! Just me thinking out loud.

11.7 is a little generous also. Im gonna guess 12.0-12.1@ 118-119 next time he goes out. Im sorry but I just dont see him knocking off 8 tenths just like that. 4-5 tenths is a more realistic goal. 11.7s would be killa though.

spnkr21 03-08-2011 04:07 AM

:) ^^^. I predict 12.4.
In all realness Joel don't get down if you don't hit 11's again. It will be a fight the whole season I think.

Oh I know dude. I'm actually kinda fucked right now because my lovely PTP fuel pump is failing on me. Oh happy days

spnkr21 03-08-2011 07:39 AM

Good.
I mean that sucks.
So much for the 12.4.
I say 13.0 now.

qtrmile beast 03-08-2011 07:45 AM

Well i predict he doesnt go at all.... sorry to hear that J....

I predict a blown motor if I go. I hit an 18.0 afr last night. My meth was probably the only thing that saved me

I already posted up in that thread. We'll see what happens, but I have a feeling that he's not going to help me out. He's probably gonna say that I have too much power or some bullshit like that.

Dano 03-08-2011 09:42 AM

talk about sarcasm....LOL

spiker98 03-08-2011 10:18 AM

I think medieval will also be sending out those $1,000 refund checks for everybody this week too. Check your mail!
