So I get a call waken me up saying dude Joe is talking mad shit about this and that, it didn't really bother me cause I said when doesn't he talk shit?

Then after a few minutes talking about powder coating my rims and some other shit on my car he tells me what gsrtype1 was talking shit bout, I couldn't help but giggle.

So long story super short gsrtype1 called out someone calling them an amatuer tuner and his tune is better and will race him at the track for 100$ and off for another 100$. I know this is never going to happen because he always makes excuses not to race someone. So Joe, has ur time come to finally step to the plate and race? Or all ur going to do is sit at ur apartment and chicken out? I'll be there with a camera to record it.

John sprays meth running 17psi and doesn't know how to tune. Ive been telling him for a year ever since we installed his meth kit he can run 20+psi but he doesn't get it lol. Me tuned at 21psi vs John ?psi with unknown tune. He doesn't even know how to change boost on the standback. And the bet is $100 total 50% dig and 50% 40 roll. John is quick at the track but I don't think this will make up for low boost and poor tune. :)

bro GSRtrype1 You are my good MSF friend and ill give u my honest oppinion. you car is faster and thats the problem at the track. He will have so much more traction off the line with all that weakness and wil school u off the line. but u will problty catch up and beat him in the 1/4. if you loose u will have a higher trap speed. I cant wait for videos

Here is Corey's sti at 19psi with a little bigger turbo than the speed and catless with cobb tune against me with smaller turbo, with cat at 21.5psi with my SB tune. Conserding this I bet John will beat me at 17psi LOL!

You where at 241(with the the water spray in your tmic) I remember now your first run was 235. I dynoed 267whp (with no water spay on tmic) this was before meth at 17.5psi and I think I had both cats at the time. After adding the meth I made 292 at 19psi.

the only way u guys can compare numbers is if its on the dynojet. they are not load based and will all pretty much read the same. mustang dynoes are load based and the tuner can adjust the load to whatever he wants makignur car rear 240whp 260whp even 300whp. dont compare numbers unless they are on the same type of dyno with the same factors

What claims have I made that are inaccurate? Im not being snobbish. You say well prob blow at 20+psi with meth there are numerous people who are running 20psi who have not blown. In addition you said run 11.5 max afr for our car to keep safe. Any won who knows how to tune knows that 12-12.5 is optimum and safe for this car. Why am I "tooting my horn" so to speak be cause I disagree with what you think is an optimal tune?

I never said it was optimal at 11.5 AFR. I told you that 11.5 AFR is what I happen to achieve with just a single "log and tune" pass on Jon's car when it was acting strange (days later turned out to be a coupler leak).

I never said David cant tune I said tuning is EASY and I tried to show John how to do it but he thinks if he turns up the boost he will blow lol That said the basics of tuning is easy but the more you do it you make KEY distinctions... But he could easly turn up his boost thats why he has meth there is no reason to have meth if you run 17psi.

I would love to race him again, but my car is still being rebuilt; waiting on the headstuds still... But I'm pretty sure my dads cx7 can walk Joe and his "pro-tuning" skills. Plus after it's rebuilt and on the road if I call out Joe he won't race.... He only raced me once and that's when he called me out after I got my 3rd mod done. I drove a good 45mons to meet him and his buddy Rick watched them race, raced Rick 2times and Joe once cause he was scared of the cops..

Na went to the dealer this morning. that rich issue ive been having is from part of my wire harness was rubbing on my drive shaft and grounding out some sensors. I'm gonna get David to fix that and address my engagement issue then I'll be ready.

I thought that was the purge valve, bought a new one and didn't work. Turns out the wire harness was laying on the drivshaft and wore through wires and grounding out a bunch of sensors...

Its prob either your gas cap or purge valve. If it is your purge valve I could sell you mine as I have 2 now. Its $90 bucks form dealer wich is only place to get it. Id sell you mine for half $45.

Look on this thread for a diagram. To test rather its leaking just pinch off the line before the valve and look on your afrs with dashawk or ap and if they go from below 14s at idle to a steady mid 14's while idling then its the valve. If not then prob something else.

Then its probably your gas cap... Check the seals and make sure its tight.

i did i checked that diagram and its got a hose coming from the vavle to the fire wall. well i have a cpe cai and the end of that vavle is open i think the tube cam off with the stock intake so im wondering do i need to cap it off or any thing

Even if his car was not cutting out like it was how is he gonna win on low boost with no tune... His clutch wasn't slipping when I rode in his car it was a cut out but the when we raced he said it was slipping.
