MS6 12.0 @ 4500ft
 

Went out to the 1320 again last night. RMR is 4500 ftasl, First run of the night I went 12.011 @ 113.93 1.804 60'. Second run was a 12.022 @ 112.93 1.740 60' and when I flat footed 3-4 I felt the clutch slip a bit.

Last run of the night the clutch couldn't hold. Looks like @Captain KR was right, After 81k and probably close to 400awhp she finally let go, 1-2 shift left me bouncing off the rev limiter not going anywhere. Car is still drivable, but it looks like I'l need a new clutch before next season.

solid for 4500asl. whats your boost curve like? wonder if you push torque out later with a reverse taper it would hold better?

Full spool at 3450 holding 22-23 psi to redline. I have to launch around 5200 to get off the line decent, anything lower and I has bogggg.

Hell yeah man those are great times.

Fuck yes. I love how we now see a new person in the 12's every few weeks. Not to say its your first time.

Well looking at that mph, your clutch gave it everything it had off the line :) 12.00 isnt anything to snuff your nose up at with a 4500 Ele. Good job.

God AWD cars make me sick...........an MS6 driver can go to the track on bald winter tires and still run a better 60 ft than the majority of MS3s setup.

Well, looks like you have an 11 coming brotha.. Just get the right clutch setup and you are gonna have a nice juicy 11 waiting for you... Unless the weather changes for the worst for you.

i suggest Clutchmaster FX400 6 Puck Sprung. I've been running it for 10k+ with 0 issues at all. i did a 5.5k clutch drop at a red light and it just grabbed perfect and launched like crazy. very consistent

Track is only open for one more event this season and I can't afford a new clutch in time. This makes me want to build my motor so bad. Next year should be a lot of fun.

Solid times - especially for that elevation! Building your motor at this point will be for safety and longevity. Going much faster will require more fueling as well.

Exactly, with my e mix I am reaching the end of my fuel systems capabilities. I am still on the fence with how much further I really want to mod. I am at the point now where the inexpensive gains are done. If I want more power I need to make sure she is built to take it.

Way to go man. You should get a clutch in before oct 27th and make it up here for the last blast. My clutch has been slippin for a while now, not bad for almost 100k miles. I am either going SB clutch, Act 6 puck, or oem disc cryo'd w/fidanza flywheel.
