Scoobie's are nice! Ms3 has more power.
Ms3 has more torque.
Ms3 hits the quarter mile faster.
Ms3 puts down better lap times.
Ms3 stops quicker.
Ms3 holds higher G's on the skid pad.
Ms3 gets better gas mileaga.
Ms3 costs less.
Explain to me now how awd is better, when the ms3 is better in everything.

well i can give you this, butttt at the same time 2006 was first year wrx got ej255 so the car was a little slow taking off, but subaru continues to move forward, ms3 is at a stand stil, slight improvements with genpu, as for appearance EPIC FAIL, can't even look at the smile on the front it is just horrible, gen 1 inside was a million times better, genpu inside just plan ugly, now how bout you compare 2012 models.... as you see wrx will come out on top and that's just the wrx, sti is well, beast mode! but with 07 model comparison yea i can give ms3 the win on that one ;-)

OK then how is that? so when the 2nd gen ms3 came out what was just sooo much better about it that mazda made as an impovement? nothing, i'm talking about mazda and subaru as companies, subies just keep on gettting better and better moving forward getting more power, better handling etc. what did mazda do for the 2nd gen to make it better then the first? not really anything. The car is at a stand still, i think the 2nd gen was slightly quicker do to a few tweaks but that was pretty much it, mazda didn't add power or really do anything appealing besides make an uglier interior and add a horrible clown smile on the front, if you said the 2nd gen was just sooooo much better then the first you would just be lying to yourself cuz mazda didn't improve it really

Are there any threads around here you don't take a big steamy shit in? STI's are fucking gay for how much they cost. With there target demographic, most people that own them can barely afford there car payment, insurance and gas, let alone the HEAVY modification it takes to make them actually fast. STI's motors can't handle nearly the power an MZR can without being built, it is a well known and accepted fact. 400whp in a subie and you will pop that shit in no time at all.

On top of that,FWD is not boring if you can drive worth a shit, but I'm sure your cock loving ass is only capable of mashing the gas in a straigh line, whoopty fuckin' doo.. People around here that can actually drive well are beating cars that on paper, should win hands down without so much as breaking a sweat. Now compare the new upscaled wrx price to the genpu.
They're no longer in the same class.

I was in the market for a wrx when i got my 2010. The clinchers for me arent real big deals. I could see someone going either way.

1) no need for awd in florida. Awd makes for worse mileage and more weight. The ms3 is fun to toss around and handles remarkably well.

2) 5 speed manual has supposedly been beefed up but i didnt wanna take a chance when i could get a 6er.

3) ms3 is cheaper. And aside from looks there really isnt a big reason for the price increase. I didnt wanna pay more to be slower.

4) i wish the ms3 coule have the aftermarket support of the wrx.


I wasnt in the market for an sti due to price. If that were the situation i would take it over the ms3 in a heartbeat.
