im stationed out at luke afb, yea i know how you feel when going to a new base and not knowing a damn person. i'll be PCS'in in June to whiteman so i'll be around alot in ark. arkansas is great lots of things to do as long as you like the outdoors. some decent bars/clubs. if you have any questions about the area hit me up.

I seen maybe three speed3's. All of which are gen 1. There was a lady with a customized one in little rock that stopped by where I work. Other than that I saw a silver one in Jacksonville at Bank of America. I live off military road by the school.

I dont' keep up with the schedule but it can be found at the arscca.org website I think. : : A R K A N S A S S C C A : : Next event is April 10-11 but I may be out of town then. War Memorial stadium is in Little Rock on West Markham and Fair Park. Take the Fair park exit off I-630 and go north and you can't miss it. they use the east parking lot to autox on. Im in Bryant with a 2010 silver. I work with BBrownderville. I definitely think we should all get together and let the "kids" play together. I wouldn't mind hosting a BBQ if need be for everyone to meet up and mingle. I know a few others as well with speed 6's, speed protege, and speed miatas if we wanted to do a big meet and greet.

Ok so Im thinking September 8 say around 12:30, should be a little bit cooler by that time of year. We can either meet up at one of the parks (such as Murray Park), I could host it at my house in Bryant/Benton, or if anyone has any better ideas I am definitely open to them. I can supply the food if someone wants to get the drinks.

I haven't heard of any local groups really. I have a Mini Cooer S also and I am a member of the the local mini group, but that is about it. I could probably do for a IM cleaning party. I have a two car garage with plenty of tools but someone else will have to bring the cleaning knowledge as I have yet to do it. I am going to be out of town the weekends of the 18-19 and 25-26 of August but any other weekend I am in.

| Not Ranked : 0 score jdmage_mx5, btstarcher it's not too hard. i did it myself over father's day weekend, with random dinners, farmers markets and bbqs thrown in between. i can offer knowledge at a distance, but have student teaching coming up in 3 weeks, so my time is no longer my own until november... y'all should do it, it definitely brings the car more friskiness.

j/k. it didn't start, but it only ended up requiring a tap on the starter, a squirt of electric connector cleaner and a jiggle of the starter wire connection, fired up first go. i didn't have enough b12 chemtool until my wife went and got some more, so i was using marvel mystery oil, since i had a jug.. i think the oil got all over the starter wire, preventing it from letting the 'go' signal pass... i was so bummed tho'.. i finished putting it all back together sat eve, right before a bbq, so i didn't have time to fuck around any more. i was all kinds of grumpy that night! sun morn found me back in the garage, shouting praises to heaven when i got it going.. i was going to try and meet up with you and a few other folk, but got a wild hair to do it that weekend.. you know how these things go.
