Weld AN16 Fitting on the In and Out port for the Radiator (Replaces Shitty Hose) Weld the Fan Shroud to the front of the Radiator (No Room in stock location Because of GT30) Weld AN16 In and Out on Mezire Electric Coolant Pump Weld a Bracket to mount the pump Create a Blanking Plate for the OEM Water Pump. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

So the Wastegate is Liquid Cooled. The wastegate is fed by an AN4 Steel Line, but it goes near the Manifold and Downpipe. The Lines are being protected by a Silicon Heat Sleeve. It is good for 1700 Deg F Same thing on all of the lines including the Oil Feed to the turbo.. ![]()

Rolled the car out to get the floor in the garage cleaned... The GT30 sits Center-line. It was the first time I was able to see the turbo from a distance because it had always been in the garage.

The Photo called OCD is the turbo Oil Return to the Engine. It is a Full AN10 Stainless line that drops 90 Degrees into a 45 Degree fitting into the windage tray. Rather than putting this into the oil pan below the oil line, this return is placed deliberately above the oil level so it will function properly. If I were to be asked to choose one picture that describes the level of detail that I put into my build, it is this picture.

(Thread Starter) | UPDATE: I managed to get the AN16 Fittings on to the Braided lines. Sorry for the Shit picture, and yes there is a blanking plate missing where the hose meets the head. It is being welded Thursday.. No the hose will not touch the intake, It's a bad angle..

No, I have a PS1000... This is not to sound like an asshole response.. That would be like saying... I have Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1.... Have you ever thought about running DOS 5.0? The PS1000 is their newest product line, it replaced all of the other "Red Box" products. The software "Hal Win" which is used to tune the E line of ECUs runs on Windows 98 (only) It uses a serial cable instead of a USB. It is no longer sold or supported by Haltech. It would be like trading in a Carrera GT for a VW Beetle

This thing has been running for over a week.... All the major things are sorted out. One minor thing was that the new alternator was slightly out of alignment, causing the belt to squeal. It is impossible to move the alternator so the next easy way to get the belt to lign up is to move it on the crank pulley. There is a natural hump in the pulley that was machined down. I now have a 5 groove belt that is 27.5" long so I can leave it loose, but still get full grip on the alternator.

So the belt had to be moved two grooves over.. No Squeak, 14.5v awesome... Now the car is enjoyable to drive... Time to start tuning and putting on some miles..
