Default Idle Issues

Having issues with my MS6. It has been running fine for a couple of months after a round of mods and working on an email tune with FreekTune.

Symptoms:

Starting having idle issues, surging from 1000-2000 rpm for a bit and then settling in at 2000 rpm. It stabilizes a bit faster, but still high when the AC is on. It is hard to start and won't start unless you give it a bit of throttle. Idle O2 looks good as do fuel trims, but if you rev out of gear a bit, it goes very lean (29) and at about 3000 rpm it starts to stutter like it is on the rev limiter.

I've checked the electrical connections to the throttle body and MAF and cleaned the MAF. I've checked for leaks in the intake, intercooler piping and intake manifold by spraying with starting fluid and watching for changes in idle - no affect/change.

Car Mods:
Corksport oil catch can
Corksport HPFP upgrade
Corksport 3.5-bar MAP*
Corksport EBC*
Corksport 18G upgraded turbo*
CX racing frontmount intercooler and piping*
Go Fast Bits Hybrid BOV*
Corksport 3" short/catless downpipe* and resonated mid-pipe (cat replacement)
3" exhaust
JBR EGR delete*
VCTS removed*
Injector seals replaced with Toyota diesel units*
JBR 3.5" intake*
JBR intake gasket
recent walnut blast/carbon cleaning of valves
Cobb Access Port
Freektune email tune (on version E/nearly done)*
New iridium plugs, one range colder than stock
all fresh fluids

Things marked with * are recent as of mid-May

Car has approximately 140k miles, compression is 170-180 psi across all 4
The tuning process has been going well, this just cropped up out of nowhere. The tune that was in it was working fine for a couple of weeks before this happened

I've included a couple of logs. The first with AC off the second with AC on

Any other suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?

Me too and I've torn the car apart looking for a vacuum leak, but can't find one

the only way to find a leak is to do a leak test. Replace your filter by a tube where you can adapt an air nozzle to pressurize the whole system to 20-30psi and you may get surprises...

Built a boost leak tester and found the leak.

It was the brand new Toyota diesel injector seals. Time to pony up the money for the Corksport seals and tear the intake off again.

Mostly got lucky. It could still be the intake gasket, but all of the intake bolts checked OK on torque and it is one of the teflon thermal gaskets.

I'll know more as I get it disassembled
