Default Opening ECU Rom File

I bough a MS6 used a little over a year ago that had a few upgrades on it. i did notice that there was a lose of power for a split second during wot. I changed out alot of things including the injectors, fuel pump internal etc. changing the fuel pump reduce the frequency of the cuts ( i suspect it is fuel cut) but it still happens during 4th gear pulls. I upgraded the intank fuel pump to something that flowed more (325lPH) to be exact. This actually fixed the issue for a while where there was no fuel cut. Im in upstate New york and the tempreture is unstble (fall weather) so on colder days the fuel cut issuse would start again and some times not at all. Im not sure what tune is on the car but it seems to hold steady at around 18 psi (stock turbo) and times spikes to 20.5. I did get a cobb acess port but ofcourse i cant log without installing it to the car. i did try out the best ots map cobb offered and i had no fuel cut issues no matter the temp. I wasnt impress with it, i copied the tune file that came with the car and saved it. its in a .rom format... is there anyone out there that can view this file and help identify what its actually doing? the car is full bold on cpe catted downpipe and magnaflow catback exhaust. This tune seems to be pushing the limits of the k04 but i have no idea if its load based or boost based etc. (rom file attached)

yeah.. if it was in a .hex format or .bin i know there are some software out there that could work. but .rom seems to be a cobb thing only... make sense since the accessport saved this file.
