Default P2188 help

I've been fighting with this code for months now. I've replaced/cleaned just about everything on the car that the forum has suggested to change except the fuel injector seals. All clamps are tight and everything visually looks in good shape.

It's an 06 MS6 with 176k and full stock motor. It will turn on randomly while driving around and almost every time after I get gas. The car runs great and has no sputters under load, but it will drop to ~500 RPM at idle randomly but its very rare that it does this.

I took these screen shots only 70 miles after pulling the negative battery cable to reset the computer. Could it possibly be an 02 sensor? Will getting the injectors professionally cleaned help? Any suggestions at all will be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that the car is entirely stock and healthy? Do you have an aftermarket intake? Do you have an aftermarket bypass or blowoff valve?

If the car is rich at idle, that suggests a possible post MAF (probably post turbo) leak of some sort and/or an O2 sensor issue and/or a purge valve issue.

Yea its stock. I replaced the purge valve about two months ago, cleaned the MAF, and replaced the spark plugs, but the CEL proceeds those replacements. Although the MAF is secure and not move-able, the screws holding it down are not super tight when attached to the air box. I feel like they could be stripped since it is just plastic.

I'll dig in there again and check if anything is loose or a possible tear/pinhole leak somewhere. Thank you for giving me a little bit of direction to where the leak could be instead of me wasting time looking in the wrong places.

Any exhaust leaks or TIP coming loose off the turbo? MAF O-ring torn? Any tune-up?
