Default Suspension Options

Hey everyone

I'm looking to upgrade my suspension on my mazdaspeed protege.
I am looking for options and opinions.
What's out there?
Who runs what and how do you like it?
Please post pics also.

I guess I forgot that MS3 suspension parts are easily adaptable to the Protege.
