(Thread Starter) |  Official: Mercedes GLA launching with Edition 1 model  Just like it did when introducing the CLA-Class, Mercedes-Benz will launch the closely related GLA-Class crossover with a limited run of Edition 1 models. Available for customers to order starting later next month and running for a year, the GLA-Class Edition 1 brings exclusive styling and luxury to this all-new subcompact crossover. On the outside, the Edition 1 is given plenty of blacked-out elements including the mirrors, window trim and the headlights, as well as the 19-inch AMG-style wheels. What's more, this special model will only be offered in five paint colors. The interior only comes with brown leather seats featuring a beige fabric insert, and the Edition 1 also adds a flat-bottom, three-spoke steering wheel, stainless steel sport pedals and aluminum trim on the instrument panel. Of course, just like the CLA Edition 1, it appears Mercedes has no plans to bring the GLA Edition 1 to the US.
