Rezvani Motors aims to join the supercar ranks with the Beast

"What the world needs now," sang Jackie DeShannon in the Sixties, "is love, sweet love." We tend to agree, only by "love, sweet love," we mean supercars. Because as many as there may be out there, "it's the only thing that there's just too little of."

Fortunately there are always those looking to join their ranks, fed by a desire to create something fast and beautiful to which to affix their name. And the latest is Rezvani Motors.

The hereto unknown startup based in Irvine, CA, is working on a supercar called the Beast, which we take it will not be a contender to replace the president's current armored limousine. What it is, well... we don't know, because all there is to go on at the moment is the teaser image above. But it looks like it has F1-style inboard shocks, and that can't be a bad thing.

If the name sounds familiar, it could be because it's shared by one Ferris Rezvani. The name behind this effort previously spearheaded Bulleta Motors, an initiative to rebody the Lotus Evora of which Lotus itself was apparently unaware and, several months later, doesn't seem to have lead anywhere.
