(Thread Starter) |  Video: Top Gear has launched in China, and here's its new intro  Top Gear may still be first and foremost a UK television series, but it's long since grown beyond the original BBC program into an international brand, with versions of the show produced around the world. And now there's one more. Following similar productions in Australia, Russia, France, South Korea and right here in the United States, the latest version of Top Gear has aired on Dragon Television out of Shanghai. Top Gear China seems to follow the familiar format, and is hosted by veteran television presenter Cheng Lei, Taiwanese actor Richie Jen and former Olympic gold medalist Tian Liang.
