Default Anyone familiar with Torco Accelerator.

If you are familiar with Torco accelerator race fuel concentrate I have a few questions.
This stuff has been the only thing that has been able to kill my knock, plus I have been able to add 3psi on top.

1) Im guessing this contains MMT anyone know for sure.
2) Is MMT harmful to cats. I have read conflicting info, depending on who paid for the research.

Torco does two things... if you have cats, you run the risk of them being clogged if you use it regurlarly. It will also turn your plugs red. Other than that, its good shit, but methanol is a better long term solution over torco.

That is what I figured.... MMT.
Shit works good though, real good, and Im just using 1/2 quart per tank, may even be able to go less.
Trying to stay clear of meth....... but just for my info.

How much, cost wise, is meth per tank of gas, driving aggressively?

Depends on the mixture..

$35 @ 5 gals = 2.5 months of use

$35 @ 5 gals mixed with 50% distilled water @ $2.25 per 5 Gallons = 5 months

You can also mic 60/40 or 70/30... if i was to mix, 70/30 would be the chosen one for me. Weather, altitude, climate, etc have a lot to do with your mix as well.

Dont understand the math.
$35 for 5 galls meth
50/50 water gives 10 galls total for $35 plus the price of 5 galls distilled water lets say $1 per gall = $40 for 10 galls total = $4 per gallon @ 2 galls per month = $8 per month @ 50/50 correct??

Not that it matters, basically after install it is cheap.
Im more worried about dealer visits/warranty work for now. I like easy quick uninstall. Meth is not.

I don't know anything about Torco, but I go through 10 gallons of 50/50 in 3 or 4 weeks, driving about 60 city miles a day with a lot of WOT.

shit I only use about a gallon of methanol all summer!!! Thats in my 11 second Talon, but still. Maybe a bit more, but not much.

Meth/water injection is cheap to run. Very cheap.

Torco Accelerator Unleaded Race Fuel Concentrate (5 Gallon ) [TOR-ACC-5GALLON] : Lethal Performance, Performance parts for Ford Mustangs

"Torco Accelerator Unleaded Race Fuel Concentrate (5 Gallon Drum)

Torco Accelerator is not just another fuel additive. It's simply a RACE FUEL CONCENTRATE! With many of the same additives our race fuel possesses, Torco Accelerator is a blend of components which will transform the make up of premium pump gas to closely resemble race fuel. Torco Accelerator will lower the end burn temperature which will make your fuel burn more complete thus releasing all of the power that your engine has to offer. Efficiency equals horse power!

All this- while raising the octane of your fuel. Mix 32oz of Torco Accelerator to 10 gallons of 91 Premium Unleaded to make an efficient 102 octane race gas, mix with 5 gallons of premium unleaded to make whopping 105 Octane. Accelerator is unleaded, so it won’t harm sensitive O2 sensors or catalytic converters

Un-chain yourself from the drum!"
