Well, right now I have to make sure this fitting will work in the space available before I make anymore. I am 95% sure it will fit , but I need the valve to make sure, and it still has a few more weeks out before I will receive it from Scott Industrial Systems.

Cobb's new ATR update is going to give us direct access to the commanded fuel pressure tables so all we need now is this relief valve upgrade and we are golden!

I do not want to give false hope, but I just got off the phone with the vendor for the relief valve and they said the valves should ship next week, but, with the holiday coming up, I will not hold my breath. If it does make in next week, I am on vacation so I will have some time to mock it up.

Very nice!!! Scott I'm surprised you haven't just started you're own aftermarket company for these cars lol, you could be making some money with all the little shit you've made for us.

Ill be hopefully testing a product very similar to this very soon. Nice work on diggin up this info. With the added pressures it sounds like 15% more fuel wouldnt be to much to hope for? Between this and fp internals e85 might not be that far off from a reality. Good stuff

With some of the testing I did about 8 months ago with the fuel pressure table in the SB, I am very confident that 15% would not be a problem. It might come down to injector longevity at the sustained higher pressure.

so trying to get back OT...at what point does one need higher FP requiring CDFP pressure scaling and a higher pressure RV?

does it offer any benefits at lower HP like 350-370WHP?

The benefits are greater at higher RPM's, but IMO increased fuel pressure is beneficial at any power level..
