funniest thing was 3rd week I had the car irvine cop pulls me over because exhaust was loud..It was STOCK! I literally had to show him how new off the lot the car was with stock components and temp plate sticker on window..irvine pd for you..

Ive been hearing turbo charged cars does not need cold air intake... is that true?
Internet information just announced to change the intercooler and get short ram...
I heard Cold air adds more HP than short ram... and will it change my mpg? Increase or decrease... I live in Socal So weather problem... Low rain... It'll be nice if i visit a meet and get personal advice...

I feel u on the advice over getting flamed. Unfortunately this isn't the forum for that. I encourage reading all of the threads, stickies answer most of the questions you'll have. But since your new cold air intake doesn't do shit. Get a short ram and turbo inlet pipe. Corksport makes a complete unit for relatively cheap. That's my best advice. Carb certified is something I'm not familiar with. I think Cobb makes one. I have a sure setup on my car. I also have a Sri and TIP that's just sitting in my closet. Biggest gain is going to be from an accessesport. I suggest reading abilors guide to learn the most. Good luck with your modding. I need to get to meets but I hear nator is the shit.

Is anyone here going to the car meet at Cobb Tuning in Fountain Valley? I guess its open invitation and they bbq on the first Thursday of the month. I'm gunna check them out this week. It turns out they are a 1/4 mile from work.

First time plasticipped my rims yesterday. I have a lot of left over cans if anyone would like to get together and maybe do some? I would be down to help and I still have one spot left that I want to do (front grill), so if that sounds like your cup of tea, feel free to hit me up. Plus, I'd really like to see what you guys have done to your cars since mine is still in the VERY lightly modded phase.

Ya guys Im down. I have 4 full cans leftover and I wana do my reflectors on my rear bumper and I want to do the grill and also do some more on my rims. I didnt get the sides of each spoke very well. Do any of you guys go to the meets put together by mocc forums? Also, there is the meet @ Cobb Tuning on the first Thursday of every month. I've been to that once and there was only 1 other MS3. Its cool to check out the other cars and eat free pizza tho.
