I dont know why you would buy them.. but yess they will fit

Mazda wheels? The offset should be just fine. The 17" size is ok as is the width.

The wheels will fit fine, the tires will be very short though.

thsoe are gona look nice, are u lowered?

acidbbg 11-05-2009 06:06 PM

What was meant by the tires will be very short?

I'm unsure of the brand of rims but don't really care as they will be the beaters.
I def think the rims are after market.
Guy who sold me them mentioned they included wheel spacers but not sure if they will be needed.

To dangerous to drive a dropped car in jersey.
The roads are $hit. I already lost 1 rim this year.
Thinking about painting them black but need to test the fitment first.

They were delivered today but won't have pics till this weekend.
UPS just left the rims sitting infront of my house.
It was crazy b/c no one was even home!

The tires are much shorter than the stock MS3 setup.
Your speedometer will be off by over 5% and the car will set about 3/4 inch lower with those tires.
If you set this setup beside a stock wheel/tire, it is about an inch and half shorter.

In order for you to have the right size tire, you would need a 205/55/17

They will look small on the car.

What tire size did you go with?

N118GT 12-02-2009 11:05 PM

Do you guys even read posts...? He mentioned the tire size in the original post.

Can you do me a favor and go behind that light post and take another picture. The view in this one wasn't obstructed enough

the tires arent VERY short, they are only 9mm shorter than stock. less than half an inch.

they are narrow though for an ms3. your gonna be able to rip those things like you wouldnt believe, and thats not a good thing.

do u have any better piks.. maybe on the sunny side of the car... w/o a mailbox in the way...?

17's looks good, but if these are year-round rims you should drop it down some... it'll make the rims look bigger and more proportional with the size of the car, but i like the style of the rim. its different from the every day mazda style

I will take more pics this weekend.
I plan on powder coating them black.

I don't plan on dropping the car.
It barely used to scrape with the 18"s but now it's much worst.
I can't even park head on in my driveway :-(
But atleast my garage is heated.
