EVO wheels
 

A co-worker let me borrow the wheels from his Evo. I'm thinking about using them on my Speed3 so i can have a little more sidewall in an attempt to slightly improve ride quality.

Thoughts on how they look? They are 17x8, et38. I just installed them in the rear since I've read that clearance issues are typically there, not in the front. Plus, the tires on the other two wheels are shot and undrivable.

I experienced no rubbing on my test drive. From some angles they look fairly flush. From others, they seem to poke a bit. I'll be running them with a less aggressive tire that's not quite as wide as the one on there now. I can use them for free, just need to buy tires. It's either buy tires for the stock wheels or the Evo wheels.

I love the look. cant pull it off on a 2nd gen tho
