That was going to be my choice but I found out its not recommended to run 235's on anything less than an 8' wide rim at 18" so I went with OZ 18/8 chrono ht's now that I have cobb stage 2 im thinking about pushing 245's under there next . But don't want to have too much rubber band slinging going on at the autox events .

Oh, I didn't know that, thanks for the heads up. I still might get them however and just settle for 225/40/18 tires.

Not sold on them.

go with lighter rims and watch your car torque steer so bad that your car will pull left and right even when your holing the steering wheel really tight.

Just bought a set of these in 17x8. Running 245/40/17 Falken 452's with no issues on the stock ride height.

Torque steer not bad at all and I will take a bit of that to free up 9lbs.+ at each corner.

Silversurfer....Any pics of the setup? I am strongly considering this as well!

I considered these and am still considering them for the track, esp in the black...they have a 17x8" sizing, ithink 45 or 43 mm offset. I'd run 245/40/17's as well...

A S2K forum in Cali was doing a GB on these in SATIN BLACK :shocked:, but couldn't justify $1100 PLUS tires at that point...but now as an upgrade, much more attainable...
