Nutless in Northville

My new winter wheels and tires came in yesterday. Since I didn't get ome till this evening I haven't seen them. Was so excited. Moved the car to the center of the garage to give myself lots of room for the jack. Unpacked the wheel/tires to give them a good look over. But wait, where are the nuts. Looked on the porch and aroung the garage door where UPS left the wheels. OI, now I have to go through the rigamore of getting the nuts. Maybe the UPS missed the box. Maybe TireRack forgot to send them. Bummer.

why don't you just use the stock ones...?

They looked like the flat washer type. I called tirerack and they had a set of the right ones there by the next day. Was pretty quick.

For a minute there, from the title, I thought you had gotten married.

Glad it worked out anyway...lol

I took the truck out instead. Tomorrow I'll end up taking the car, by that time the snow may be gone. My truck has rubber mats which I haven't bought for the MS3 yet so I figured I would delay getting the stock mats messed up.

Snow does look nice though. Girlfriend talked me into going out and taking pictures.

Nope, just got divorced this past March. Maybe never again.

i have two sets of stock mats if you want to buy one set to use for winter

Thanks, I want ot find some rubber set first, they work great for the snowy crap. If I can't find any that fit I might take you up on that offer.

Also, the car handled great in the snow today. Went from Northville to God's country (Rochester Hills) today with no issues. It was kind of fun.
