@Stangcobra and @everyone else that can help, how don't u rub in the rear?? I'm on stock camber arms, but I'm running -2.5 degrees in the rear, with a 215/40, and every dump I'm scared to rub, if I max the rears out, or turning too much.

how stiff are you running the dampening on your rear struts? i am running almost the same setup about as low as you with 235 in the rear and a 5mm spacer and i rarely rub. and no camber arms. granted, i have a totally flat roll and a decent pull with the tabs totally ground down. i can haul three people and a couple bags and not rub too. are you rolled flat and pulled?

I'm at the stiffest dampening settings on my bc coils......yeah, the 235s rubbed too much for me, but that was before a roll...I'm on a 215/40 in the rear now.....I rolled my fenders, but not completely flat, which I will do soon.....but I dis shave down where the fender meets the bumper, learned the hard way on that when it took a chunk out of my tire lol.....I can haul 4 ppl counting me whithout rubbing that I kno off, but its very close to rubbing.

Is the baseball bat the best way to pull the fenders besides a fender roller, since it was my buddies roller and he doesn't have it right now.


Last thing, I want to go a tad lower in the front, but my tire chews my fender liner up....its like all cracker and falling apart.....how do ppl go low in the fronts? I run -1.9 in front.....but hits the liner right above tire.

haha heating, originally I gave some amount of fucks and tried the textbook method and otehr ways that dont damage the paint.
Then they didnt work
so I got a bat, stuck it in the fender handle end first, rolled it up like that then literally sat there pushing the bat towards the wheel so the top end would push out and pull it outward.
You are doing it rightish, delete the fender liner in the front by either cutting it or taking it out with the tabs

He had to use ample sunlight for his assignment, he wanted the sun to blow out the pictures, so I brought him to my favorite road. I do agree, an urban setting would've been great, but my car wasn't his main focus, it was the whole ambiance of the shots he was concerned about.

Ahh thanks! I'm def gonna do some fender work this week since my axle boot and seal needs replaced.


Hoping to have the rears maxed out without rubbing too bad without camber arms.....and fronts, I want just a tad lower...I'll see what I can do! New pics soon!

Couldn't the same be said to you about modifying a econo box type vehicle? I'm sure you've spent a ton of money on go fast goodies. Most logical people would tel you how much of a waste of money it is.

Perfect sense? Hardly. Spending $7k modding a car and barely breaking in to 11's will get you laughed at by people that appreciate fast/quick cars. I've seen LS1's break in to 10's for $1000.
