| Not Ranked : 0 score I ran NT01's as a track tire last season. They aren't very good in the rain and they a fucking loud on the street. Grip wise they were fucking great though. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I use the 555 in a 225/40-18 auto crossed them meh, better than the stockers but I would say that the nt01's might be a handfull in the wet. We have a lot more of that back east. This year I will be going to a 17x8.5-9 with a Dunlop direzza star spec in the 245/45 flavor I need a bit more sidewall for the freaking pot hole, crevasse, expansion joint loveliness roads we have in New York Shitty!

| Not Ranked : 0 score I too am pondering on a nice sticky street tire, I have kumho all season high performance 225/40-18's that came with the car and can't hold all my power, and squeel on the on and off ramps at moderate speed! Was thinking of going 245/40-18 or getting some 17's with 255/40-17. Decisions, decisions! Sent from AT&T Inspire 4G using Tapatalk.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score These are drag radials in case you didn't know. But they are DOT approved. With reading the reviews on americas tite website and here it sounds like the 555r's are the best bang for your buck. correct me if i'm wrong, but I heard the nt-01's can be used on ether side so camber wear isn't that much of a factor. Most people are saying they are getting 12-15k miles out of the 555r's with aggressive driving which would be ideal

| Not Ranked : 0 score My friend runs the NT01's on his honda Fit (which he races regularly) and he loves them. He says they take the grip up to a "scary" level because corners can be taken far faster than what your brain thinks they can.

| Not Ranked : 0 score since you asked for 555r's im guessing your looking for a drag radial etc i just ordered some bfg gforce dr's, had them before and loved them, dropped 60' times dramatically. i only use them for track use though but used to take them out on the street if i was racing for money (10 years ish ago)

| Not Ranked : 0 score My daily front tires are 555R's. 245/45-17 on Enkei RPF1 17x8 +45 wheels I spin them to no end, but I'm making much more power. I can't get traction at WOT until 4th gear. @kritz used my 555R's at the track and cut a 13.1 @ 106. I do hate the side wall on the 555R's. They're too soft for aggressive cornering. I'd get the NT01's for turning.

have you thought about the yokohama s drives? had em on my talon, good life and aggressive on the street, even can autocross on them and they hold their own and..........way cheaper then any of tires mentioned, large selection of sizes (unlike rs3).

| Not Ranked : 0 score I drive 75-100 miles a day so I liked that they were quiet, comfortable and they weren't too bad in the wet either. I would say they are good if you commute as much as I did. Now if you're looking for a really grippy tire and don't care about the other aspects I don't think you will be as happy. A Star Spec, RS-3, NT-05, etc is going to have noticeably more grip than the V12's |

| Not Ranked : 0 score How about the Nitto Neogens? Not my post but I'm looking for something for the street that's sticky and decent in rain. Sent from AT&T Inspire 4G using Tapatalk.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Yeah I like the v12s, they handle good, but no traction in a straight line.

| Not Ranked : 0 score theyre great in the rain. when people were making turns and slowing down in the rain, i was that asshole that was zipping by them without effort. i even did a track day on them and had a 944 racer drive my car. he was surprised of how well the car handled at the speeds we were doing, even moreso that the car was on them. they definitely squealed, but traction was ok.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I like my Nitto Neogens very much. They are pretty quiet, probably a little grippier than the stockers in the dry and wet. I've had Bridgetone's RE960 a/s, Faulkin ziex 912 and a few others. The price, performance and tire itself are very nice. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score well i have them on my 19's ADVAN with a 245/35/19 and they bit pretty good but i can still spin them... If you have external speakers you can hear the tires spin in this video.... Also if i had a video from the back you could see the back of the car cock to the left in the rear because the car tires spun so much. But i still pulled a 1.74 60ft out of this pass.. so the neo gens are pretty sticky tires in my opinion until you get to some big power.
