The speed3 got some new shoes
 

Well just picked up some wheels for dd and track use. They were pretty cheap but I think they still look pretty damn good. The wheels are 18x9 38mm offset, tires are falken Azeni RT-615 235-40-18. All comments welcome.

Look great but how bad do they rub?

They dont rub at all... some very minor fender rolling is required in the rear but thats it.

when u get bcs ur gonna have the fenders pulled

You are still on stock suspension? I didnt see anything in your sig. Have you gone over any deep dips in the road. The stock suspension has a lot of movement on it....

that is pretty drastic put there was a guy with 18x9 with 30mm offset and a 245 series tire on bs and he had to roll and pull the fenders

MAN! 18x9 with a 30mm offset... crap... that is a little much for me, but i bet those wheels look badass... but i'm not thinking that the car looked too good, personally there is a limit to how much a wheel should stick out from the car.

BTW, do you use spacers on your 18x8.5's?

What is the point of going to a 9" wheel if you only put 235 tires on them?
Usually you can save a bit by sticking with a more narrow wheel.... 8" or 8.5" would do just fine for 235 tires

if you look in my sig that is one of my future mods but i have seen someone with that same size on the car and it is pretty flush with the fender
