Default Tpms question

Haven't seen a post on this. I broke the threaded stem putting air in my tire. Is that something that can be removed off the tmps or do I need to buy the entire tpms unit with stem and core installed ? Here's a photo.

Just got it taken care of. All it took was a service kit. Only replaced the valve. 12 bucks
