I can't deal with the tires being so much smaller than the rims. I get it, I do. And if I don't focus on the actual sidewalls rhoadblocks ride looks dope as hell. But eww, i feel like your rubber is gonna peel off going around a fast food drive through.

Haha, fair enough. Best response to anti-stretching I've read yet. I think my gas mileage and awareness of surroundings have actually increased dramatically since I went hellaflush lol

17x9 TRMotorsportc3. 255-40 tires. My god this setup is tits.

I was passing evos, porsche turbos, lotuses, gtos. Insane amounts of grip.

What offset is that and what did you have to do to fit the wide of wheel/tire? (Roll,pull,camber, spacers???)

thinking of going with some 17x9 +45 offset wheels and i'm wondering what i would have to do to actually pull it off.

New setup is awesome J. Looks about mid/high 30s offset from your pic but I can't really tell because of the angle. Seems like 17x9 +45 with 255/40s would put you awfully close to the strut/control arm.

weight: 19.6 lbs each.

Suspension: ksport coilovers, spc balljoints up front set to the farthest outside setting. Have never had an alignment done, so I'm not sure about camber/toe. Will be doing soon. No spacers, yet. Will be putting either a 3-5-8mm spacer up front. This setup clears the upper control arm, but not by much--5-10mm clearance at most.

Fender roll: stock front, moderate roll rear (done with a 2lb dead blow hammer, just enough to clear rear tires). No pull.



Ill take better pics later this week since ill be doing ducting work for the rotors. I had a thread up about offsets/widthsfor the ms6 but it got deleted in the crash.

Holy spiderman grip. I was keeping up with cars I shouldn't have been, but I was. Turn in was crisp, but slightly laggy.

I have an Ms6 with 225/45/18 and im on stockies lowered on Eibach pro kit lowering springs. I will be getting 18x8.5 +38 offset wheels here on the 20th. are these going to need a fender roll or spacers? ive seen these on a ms6 with the same tires but on H&R lowering springs and with SPC ball joints. I will be rolling the same tires that are on my speed now.

Yea they took what the new rx8/9 was supposed to look like.. & slapped to more doors on it.. making it a 4dr.... it looks like the maserati quadro.coupe..(how evr u spell it)... I hear from my friends @ my local dealer... all the reps are saing the car is going to be really really close to how the concept looks. :0)
