Will these fit?? I need track wheels!
 

So my buddy offered me his set of 03 6 cyl mustang stock rims wit nitto 555s 245-50 r16s, for $125!!! He lives bout an hour away and before i drive up there i was wondering if anybody has tried something simular to this? Im pretty sure the bolt pattern is the same but what about clearing our big ass calipers? Input or thoughts? Thanks in advance!

The 03 Mustang rims are the wrong offset to run that wide of a tire. I think they are 16x8 30mm offset if I remember right. Some are 24mm offset which is even worse. If they were the '05+ they would have worked.

Good thing i dont care and just wanna better my 60ft the only way i can on my budget. I pulled a 2.2 60 on my shitty street tires so looking for 2.0 or lower to get my times where they should be. Im still new at the drag game so anything helps right now.

They drive really great actually. They hook stupid good!! Turn the wheel all the way right and clear. Turn all the way to the left and right before you max the pump it rubs a cunt hair. The best investment ive made in a while. The difference in the pull of my car from a dig on the street is ridiculous! I cant wait to hit the track.
