Default 08 Speed3 50/50 E85 dyno

Dyno of my Speed3 done at Speedline Performance in Ocala, Florida on 12/27/2017. Ambient temperature was 70°F, and pulls were in fourth gear. Only mods are Cobb SF and TIP, Autotech HPFP Internals, and a CNT catted DP. Car is ran on E48 (50/50) and it is self-tuned. First run registered as 365/413, and second was 369/410.

Damn that is impressive. This just goes to show how much power can be gained with E85. What boost and timing are you running to get that kind of power?

I've got the boost at 22-22.5psi, and my timing at 2 load is as follows:
Timing: -2.75 0.5 2.80 6.45 8.75 10.35 11.5 15.50 18.50 19.50
RPM: 2500 3000 3500 4000 4500 5000 5500 6000 6500 7000

Either that dyno calibration is off or your driving a unicorn.

The only reason why I don't question it too much is because it pretty-decently mirrors the Vdyno. I was personally expecting about a 350/400 kind of run, but I believe that this isn't all too far off.

Also attaching a datalog from the dyno for those interested. BAT's were in the 130's after sitting on the dyno.

At first glance, the math didn't seem to add up.
At 80% inj duty cycle with an E50 mix isn't that much fuel, but when compared to a max of around 255g/s...it's seems to match up.
Napkin math says 255g/s is about 250-275 whp for pump gas.
The E mix is allowing you to roll in about 10-11 degrees more timing.
I've read on this forum that each degree of timing can add up to about 10hp. Up to MBT of course.

That puts you exactly where you are.

Damn I thought the K04 was only good for 320-330 whp on an E mix. That torque must feel great but are you on a stock block?

When I put this into v dyno it comes up 293/296 which is more of what to expect out of a solid running K04 on an e mix. I'm going to conclude that it's not a unicorn afterall.

Also, why are you revving out to 7200 on stock block/k04? That's high risk/0 reward with the k04.
