Default Yet again went got another dyno!

After doing the Nator Style DP, decided to get a dyno to see if there are any gains. My butt dyno said yes, but was expecting about a 8whp gain and maybe 10-12wtq gain.
Mouse0330 and I went today to Tuning Tricks at Fort Myers. The same place we goto for every dyno to try keep records/progress on the same dyno. It's a Dyno Dynamics for those that didn't know about it from our past dynos.
Found out something too, My Meth that is setup on the car now is not for power anymore. At this level of power it is now just for safety lol. No real power came from the Meth this time. Only about (give and/or take) 2-4whp and 3-5wtq, funny how that is now. We even tried upping the gain and lowering the gain on the injection amount and still no difference. The car is louder at WOT. It's been smelling more lately hehehe.
No CEL as of yet with over 230+ miles on it and even during the dyno no CELs. The foulers are working good, even the AFR is doing really good, which I expected them to be wrong during the dyno pulls. I think we did 10 pulls on my car, I lost count after 5 of them lol.

Best Dyno sheets, the rest were above and below at different points of the RPM but very similar. Very Consistent!

299wtq (lost torque using 1.05 map and L/A IC)
66temp 53humidity
OTS map 1.05 stage2+sf 93

This one is:
319whp
356wtq
67temp 31humidity
OTS map 1.05 stage2+sf 93

Only difference is:
I added the Nator Style DP and ITV24's gapped to 26.
NATOR Style DownPipe!!!

OTS, I went thru like 6 of them 1.03 1.04 and ended up with 1.05, gave less jerks and knock.

Bioevolve...lets say i was to Cut and replace stock DP cat with piping instead of gutting (To lazy to gut it and get it right) lol Will i gain the same performance you've achieved? You said 20hp and 50tq? That just DP or DP and TP

Bioevolve...lets say i was to Cut and replace stock DP cat with piping instead of gutting (To lazy to gut it and get it right) lol Will i gain the same performance you've achieved? You said 20hp and 50tq? That just DP or DP and TP
It's the DP I've changed out (the first part). The TP I already had in there. Gains will/might be similar, depending on mods. Cutting and placing pipe instead will change velocity and stuff, for better or for worse, but either way it will be better than having cats lol. Try it and let us know the before and after of it. I'm curious about it though.

It might net you alittle more, but we don't know. So you can be our guinea pig on that lol.
Just make sure the cuts are not edgy, meaning if you cut with a cutting torch, clean the cuts up. A cutting wheel, bandsaw or a plasma cutter would be a cleaner cut.

Question: Does the MS6 have two cats like the MS3? One in the DP and the other in the TP?

You have to tune with the meth to extract it's full power potential, though.

Well it did for My other dynos, there are gains of 15-20whp and 15-30wtq gains from with and without meth spraying. No tuning, just spray and varied off boost and fuel injector. I have Labonte Stage 3 Kit.
Third Dyno!
Another Dyno Run, but with the TT L/A IC
Went a DYNO today!


Start spray 8psi, dual M2 nozzles (front of TB and in IM), 50/50 mix, 250pump, full spray on WOT. I have adjusted gains fore and aft. If you watched the video, it shows that we adjusted and still didn't make any difference. Even changed start sprays.

Maybe I will change to dual M3 or M4 nozzle and see if it will change anything.

M2's aren't very big injectors, they will limit you somewhat.

But like I said before, you'll get a bit of power with meth, just not as much as if you tuned the meth in. For instance, in my SRT-4, when I tuned my 100% meth in, I picked up about 40WHP with a single M9 injector and that was with a very conservative tune.

The ECU will adjust for the cooler temps and richer AFR your meth will cause, but it won't scale the tune aggressively. That's why you will see some power gains, but on a limited scale.

Did you cut the dp to core out the cat, or were you able to get to it through the bellmouth.

And, do you have boost spikes from the unequal diameter pipe causing exhaust to bounce around?

No cutting open, got thru bellmouth and other opening. No spikes, but idle sounds is bubbly now lol.

Not fully, Minus the Exhaust Manifold and Turbo. About the only two things not bolted to the car yet lol.

Understood, I wouldn't either. You're still doing pretty darn good considering the meth is essentially bolt-on 20HP.

Now I'm curious how it does compared to other catless DPs?

CS DPs+TPs
CP-E DPs
SW DPs
ATP DPs
Garrett DPs
Ebay DPs
Others I can't remember DPs

I gonna say close to them in gains. Only way to find out is put them on and dyno each one lol. Anyone wanna donate funds for this? HAHAHA doubtful.
