Default New Stock Turbo
Mazda have fitted a new factory turbo due to failure of seals. Smoking issue is fixed! All of the mods were on the car when I took it in and they went ahead and changed it out anyway. They said the new turbo has been upgraded so the issue should not return. Pretty happy with that. This dealer will get all of my business from now on.

Hope I have the same luck.....I'm dropping mine off monday with only a DP installed.

Definitely the most positive dealer experience I have ever had. But if you think about it, the dealer bills Mazda Australia and then Mazda will bill Borg Warner for the turbo fault so why be an arse about things like this? I also had Chiptorque willing to back me up if necessary to say there was nothing I had done to the car that would create the 'smoking at idle' issue. I am very happy with this dealership, good to come across some reasonable and honest people. So good not to have to play games.
