Default What can I run on a 2010 MS3

Not sure if this is the right post but I'm trying to figure this out before I make a huge purchase.
My stock rims are 18" with 225/40 tires and I think the offset is around 56
I'm wanting to buy rims I found that are 17" with a 35 offset. Is there anyway I can make these work without rubbing and without rolling fenders ? Car is bone stock
