Default 18x9 JNC010's w' 245/40/18

I've done a fair amount of searching on these forums and decided to just post a thread asking the community for help. I want to buy and install a set of JNC010 18x9's with a 30 offset. The only catch is that I really want to go with 245/40R18's! I am installing H & R coilovers with SPC front adjustable ball joints and the Corksport rear adjustable camber arms. Will this setup work and how much if any fender work will need to be performed? I haven't seen anyone on here with a wheel offset lower than 35. There's one member with a set of XXR 530's with a 35 offset, but that is the lowest that I have seen on here.

I have 18x8 +38 245/40r18 and its perfect fit. Can easily lower the car if you roll rear fenders a bit

Congratulations on your necro thread revival award! The OP that posted this two years ago can now get on with the installation of his wheels thanks to you! He has been freed from the chains of fender rub!

Seriously......
