Agree. It usually takes boost in the neighborhood of about 18 psi or higher, combined with a plug gap more like .035” or greater before we get boost induced spark blow out on this engine.

One step colder NGK plugs come with a huge gap, more like .045” and might produce blow out at stock boost level, but I doubt that would happen at just 11 psi. Gap to .026”, as suggested by Justin while he is tuning.

Yea man they are gapped as directed.

I am going to try the EGR cleaning, copper wire mode, and fuel system cleaner. If nothing fixes it im going to have to take it to speedperformance here in NJ.

don't give too much hope on fuel cleaner cans...

At the beginning i did try ngk with something like 0.042'' gap and it was misfiring above 12-13 psi. bringing them to proper 0.026 make it bend a little further than 90deg....it looks weird but it is needed.

If you check for leaks and you didn't made a test under compressor pressure, you aren't done checking for leaks....
