Default Possible blown turbo?

I recently got tuned on my k04 at 22psi on 91 oct by Lex at stratified. It was running good. Then last week I went with Lex again for an e85 tune and for the first 40 miles my car was running strong. The next day before I went to work I took 2 datalogs which both ended up with fuel cut.

I had an overboost code and I saw the vacuum caps on the bottom port of my WG, and the one on the compressor were torn. I replaced them with silicone caps and went for a test run. Now I'm boosting 13psi starting at 3k rpm and 15psi by 6k.

I've checked all the lines, my bov, there's no blow-by, no smoking turbo, nor is there shafts play. Anyway, here are my logs.

Possibly something to do with waste gate actuator or spring ?

Ended up being that I got tuned with my vacuum caps being cracked. I had a small leak and once I started to get tuned for e85 the vacuum caps were complete torn off. Which is why I got fuel cut, then once I fixed it I was boosting only 13psi.
