Default Shroud Porting

So I have emailed every distributor of Garrett turbos and no one will machine my compressor housing. I have access to a manual mill well up to the task as well as the tools necessary.

Hoping somebody did this and has some insight into the final hole diameter and hole depth as well as what sort of fixture was used.

Turbo is a GT3071R. I know @falconexe; had one but he got up audi here a while ago.

Any help is appreciated, I plan on doing either a How-To or a fail post ending with me buying a new compressor housing because idiot.
