Default Open source tune?

Does the speed3 have open source tuning? Im just wondering since i dont really know how to use the cobb ap, I bought a few mods for my 2013 speed3. I got ATP turbo inlet pipe and ATP intake and ATP downpipe and Cobb intercooler. Does anyone on here do email tunes or anything like that or is the only way to tune a speed thought a access port such as the cobb ap? Thanks.

First off, get an AP before you install all those mods. I also suggest getting fuel pump internals before you install that downpipe. There are e-tuners on this site that use the cobb ap to tune (only way to tune besides the hypertech in the US), just look around under all the forums.

Donate to get access to more stuff <-- recommended, just do it and don't argue.

Please do yourself and your car a favor and do a little research before installing all of the parts you mentioned, and don't say you did because internals would be mentioned in your original post if you did. Happy reading!

What do you mean internals? You mean geting a stronger fuel pump? Sorry Im new to this speed stuff. Im tryn to learn.. where is a good starting point to start learning about tuning ? Why does the downpipe require all of that?

A good place to start would be to read the stickies. Then read them again. After that look for the stickies and read those.

Is there some one on this website that makes the tune depending on your mods and year of the car? Like a e tune. Do you guys have anyone to recommend me to?

There is another option for the Gen1 cars and that is VersaTuner.
