Well if you ask a stupid question, then most likely you are going to get a stupid answer. Even if you some how negated to find your way to the search bar on this website, just by dumb luck if you youtubed MS3 BOV you will see comments from people who own these cars saying that a VTA BOV setup will cause problems. So you can either do 1 of two things:

Ask stupid questions and take showers with brillow pads to get tougher skin, or do research first and if you still have questions, present your question based off of the research you have already done.

Isn't Lex currently researching VTA applications? I saw a thread not too long ago....also saw a post on FB tonight regarding the Guardian Angel's ability to smooth AFR's when using VTA.

But BPV is much easier and safer.

I run a blowoff valve VTA (not a bypass/recirc valve). I did some testing with it vs. the stock valve. I took datalogs on the same day, same road, within an hour, 3-4 runs with each valve.

Using VD (for its intended purpose, not for exact numbers) I pulled ~10hp more on the same map with the HKS in VTA than I did with the stock in recirc. My assumption isn't the VTA that did it but the fact that a true blowoff valve fully seals at idle/part throttle so you don't get any flutter and boost picks up faster.

If you do switch valves for more power, go true blowoff IMO. you can still run it recirc but, honestly, drivability is better with the HKS in VTA than it was in recirc.
