Default Need advice with emissions

So I got a 2010 s3 (which I have been wanting for a while) it has an egr delete and catless racing down pipe and y pipe. Any suggestions on the best route to take to pass CO emissions? Try to change it back to stock, or change whole exhaust to a high performance version with cats, I heard you can change the downpipe and add a o2 sensor spacer and stock coding and pass or is it possible to get it re tuned to pass? I'm failing the obd test, as heated catalyst and secondary air system not applicable and oxygen sensor and egr system not ready. Also have a p0101 for maf. I'm still learning this car and have been researching but been having trouble finding the best solution. I friggin love her how she is right now, but she can't pass emissions any advice would be great!

Get yourself a po box in the Springs or Woodland Park and register your car to the PO Box. Then give #0 fucks about emissions as there are none in the Springs or Woodland Park. You could also look into other places closer to wherever you are.
