LOL.

3 Quarts.

It will take 2.6-3 Quarts

I got mine from the local ford dealer, for the same price as the website shipped price, after a little negotiating.
Make sure you take the part number with you and call to make sure they have it.
Also you will need a hand pump.
I had to buy a wrench too as I didnt have anything low profile enough that would fit, 24mm.

There is a how to at the link below, read to the end as some tips are added along the way:

Personally after talking to a guy who works on trannys and axles.
He said most break in and metal particles occur in the first 20K miles, if you change then, you essentially can forget about it after that point.
So that is what I have done in all my vehicles since.

Got it. I guess I'll change it out when I hit 20K miles then. I mean my car's been perfectly fine.

If your car has been fine I wouldnt even mess with it....
"if it aint broke, dont fix it"

Mine was fine too, till the dealer replaced a drive shaft, and apparently replaced the fluid with something not quite as kosher as the original fill.

MT-90 has been ok for me. It's a step up from the OEM fluid, but I will be switching to Motocraft this weekend. My car is exposed to +20C garage at night, sits in the parking lot at -10 to -20C during the day. Feels stiff at first start up until it's warm, shifts feel ok.
