Now that's a sweet set up. With the HR Springs and the wheels/tire size are you able to have passengers in the back with the rear fenders rubbing on the tires? Also did you roll your fenders?

I don't think the color's terrible, and I am for one a fan of the stock rims, but just wouldn't have been my first color choice.
Definitely gotta paint the center caps or remove them and do the calipers/lugs in a different color to offset the wheels. Even if just anodized black or something.
Maybe do what I'm doing with my lights too, 6000k HID bulb swap in the projectors and do an 8 or 10k kit for the fogs. I think all the different shades of blue would look sick at night.

If you want to go extreme, what would you think of a matching blue decal? Racing stripes down the middle or a streak on each side, etc; a club racer look?

Real stuck on what to do about the center caps...I want them to color match but they are plastic so couldn't PC them...I was gonna do Neo chrome or white lugs ..callipers will be white as well..need more time though

Took this shot once I got the new shoes installed...widest I've seen. Minimal rubbing but fixed that by removing affected fender liners. I asked my wife for a set of Rally Armor mudflaps for Christmas.

I'm looking to do TSW Max in Hyper Silver 18x8.5 with 245/40r18 S-Drives and a 1"~ drop and hope I don't have to do anything special to avoid rubbing.
Also getting calipers and hubs done in metallic teal. Not sure how I'll do the drop yet.
Just waiting for my moniez tree to blossom..

I dunno how long you've had them but have you had issues with them cracking or bending or anything? I do a lot of flat highway driving but the neighborhood roads I take to friends houses and bars can be pretty brutal, especially towards the end of the winter / early spring.

I have not had them long. So I can't really speak to the overall quality of them unfortunately...

Not aftermarket, not really.

This is an old photo but I'm still running this setup. For whatever reason I seem to have bad wheel gap when compared with other gen2's on stock suspension.

These are rx8 wheels with the stock tires. They're painted gunmetal right now, when I get a chance I want to either paint them or get them pc'd bronze.



Future visual mods include:

- 35% tint (including side view mirrors)
- Black painted calipers

And I think that's about it, not really looking to go as custom as a lot of you guys on here. I don't consider suspension a visual mod - it won't be for me at least. Car rides fine right now, and there isn't enough squat, dive, and roll for me to really drop the ~$1500 it would take to do the suspension right.
