Default Lightest and narrowest tire for OEM wheels

I run my 18” OEM MS3 wheels on my wife’s mazda5

What would be your narrowest tire recommendation be? I am looking for light weight and narrow that is proper for the wheels

Currently was running Michelin primacy 225/45/18

Appreciate the help

I ran 215/45/18 on my 2013 speed3 wheels when I had my genpee. I wouldn't go narrower as 215 already looked stretched on the 7.5 wheel. In terms of tire weight, tirerack has tire weights under specs.

Thank you kindly

I was thinking 215/45 as you suggested or may go down to a 225/40

See which is lightest
