Fuel Pressure Problem - 2012 MS3
So, I've got a 2012 MS3 pretty much bone stock. I took it on a long drive to the beach, and on the way back I started noticing a rough idle. The code ran a p0303, and after resetting it I kinda figured I should fix it. After new plugs (needed it) and switching the coils between 2 and 3 I was still having a misfire on #3 . It's gotta be fuel then right? I was also starting to get a nasty clacking noise coming from the HPFP (thank god it's not the timing chain). After I changed the plugs, I started getting a nasty, nasty, nasty misfire on ALL cylinders at WOT at 3.5k RPMs and up. All signs point to it either being the HPFP (I've never replaced it, and I know next to nothing about the car's history aside from it had a dump pipe before I got it) or the PRV.

Here's the shitty part. I don't have an AP, so I can't log and see where my fuel pressure cuts out at. Because of this, I'm wanting a second opinion on my diagnosis. I cleaned the PRV and it was a little better for a while, but then got worse than it was before. In a perfect world I'd just buy both and take the morning to install them, but alas money is tight right now, and I don't want to buy both parts if I don't have to. Anyone have any advice?
