As long as I have a job at occ I will have these meets. So watch the TV show, better ratings = job security.

I always do things right the 3rd time.

It was wrapped in an earls heat sleeve(WHICH i purchased at Behrens last year at OCC lol) which prevented oil from dripping on my hotside when it failed. I was just too close to the turbo.

Tomorrow I will put the new DEI heat sheath on the new oil feed line which can withstand more heat also. I also raised the line up about 2 more inches so the turbo blanket goes completely under the line.

It won't fail again lol
My oil return could be a different story though hahahah

I am interested at that price as long as they're not bringing illegal immigrants to do the work.

Will the OCC guys be there and will they have any bikes on display?

My wife would be enamored to meet them and check out some bikes, since that's her warm weather hobby.

Thanks for putting this together, I will definitely try to make it

OCC has a huge show room what showcases a lot of their bikes.

Paul Sr is usually here in the morning. Sometimes he'll come out to say hi, he's a pretty private guy and believe it or not he's kind of scared of large crowds. It's really hard to get the "TV" guys out here. Rick lives about an hour and a half away so 99% of the time he won't be here. Like @daafisch said there's a huge showroom, about 20 some odd bike I think the more recent build off "bike" is still here too. Last yeah you guys got to see the Cadillac bike this year, with any luck, there will be a Ferrari bike. They're working on that now and depending on the delivery.

Im getting tired of being tired at a meet.

Thanks so much for offering to help You're awesome!
Thank you to all the people that are offering to volunteer.

Domino81 03-14-2012 06:47 AM

I'd like to meet Paul Sr. only because I'd like to see who he is on a personal level. I don't watch it often, but I am a fan of the show on the level of engineering and fabrication. And I love that the shop outsources to local businesses to complete builds. But I won't be heart broken if anyone isn't there. Plus I'm sure he'd be mobbed if he walked out in the crowd. And I'm not pushy or patient enough to wade through the crowd.

We just want to be able to keep doing this meet. It's the least we can do.

Yeah, I go with him to most events and, for example, bike week, he cannot go out and enjoy it anymore. If he steps out from behind where he is it literally takes him 2 hours to move 20 feet.

I will have the shop open for people to walk through. I just ask you PLEASE be respectful. Last year I caught a lot of people ducking under the ropes, sitting on bikes and someone stole one of the drain covers in the bathroom (which I had to pay for out of my own pocket).
