Is anyone making shirts for this event? I actually just purchased a machine to make my own t-shirts so I would be more than happy to get them made up and so forth if this hasn't already been figured out

i linked them up but for the amount of money and people envolved with shirts we are going with a company as we have never had issues or real issues with.. Nothing against him but its a lot of money and shirts to risk for trial.

I will have the dinner plans announcement hopefully later today or tomorrow. The only thing I'm waiting on is the contract, but I'm sure you won't be disappoint! :)

Start booking. Your CC will not be charged until check in. Rooms are limited. They are only going to guarantee up to 75% of the room as doubles until they book up. If the block fills up, let me know and I will have them open more. Right now, the Max is set to 30 rooms.

**Dinner**

Dinner will be held at Bucca Di Peppo in Gaithersburg MD this year. We more or less have 2 open areas that are right across from each other and separate from the rest of the restaurant, so we will be able to walk back and forth and the shenanigans can continue all night. It will feel like we have our own massive private section. They have rounded bench tables, long row tables, etc. so we will all be together and not feel so isolated. It should make for an awesome environment.


Price is $31 per person (taxes and tip ARE included). Little more than last year, but I wanted to make sure we had a bad ass meal for the one night we all come together.



The Menu:
Appetizer – Mozzarella Garlic Cheesy Bread
Salads - Mixed Greens and Caesar
Pastas - Fettuccine Alfredo and Penne San Remo (sounds fucking amazing)
Entree - Chicken Parmigiana
Dessert – Tiramisu (I would stab a bitch for their tiramisu)
Unlimited soft drinks/coffee/tea
(everything will be served family style, so there will be epic amounts of food)

Bucca Di Peppo has been awesome to work with this entire time, and they've been on top of everything from the start. I have no doubt that they will take very good care of us, and that we will have a great time and a great meal.

The deadline for payment for dinner is April 4th @ midnight. If you don't pay in advance, you won't be able to eat.
