Sales agent advised they're apparently not supposed to assign rooms for multiple people without a bed for each party. I explained the situation to her, so she advised to list the beds down and what happens with them when we get there is up to you guys lol. Doesn't change the rate either way. Ran into the same issue with Fink and the chair/cot lol....

There's been some questions lately about how late reservations can be made.

Just to clarify, the final possible day to book a room is the day before the booking, May 2. I have it understood that this will be updated up until the date before the event, so any changes/corrections are fine, as long as I have them before this date.

I will be submitting a final list on 5/2, so as long as I'm notified prior to then, rooms are fair game. Also, as a reminder if you decide you do not need your booking, please notify BEFORE the day of, or I'm charged $75, and thus that person will be reimbursing me.

Second note, if you need a room, I need the 4 things requested on the 2nd page of this thread. Do not assume that simply because you've requested to be added to the discounted rooms, you will still be added if you've sent no information. As long as I have the info before 5/2, it's all good, but again, the sooner the better.
