I'm putting this up as a final check, so if anyone sees anything incorrect or no longer needs a reservation, it's imperative you let me know prior to morning of May 2. Just to clarify, there is no fee for you to remove your name or edit at this time. The only time there is a charge is if you back out once we get there. That can be avoided by confirming your reservation. Just thank this post, reply "I'm in", whatever, but I just need to confirm you're going.

Also @NJSPEED3; I haven't forgot about you big dog, I gave her a buzz this morning, and am still unable to reach her. I'm going to try again later in the day, but I did ask her tp give me a call when she's free.

And not quite, it's evening 5/3 through afternoon 5/4. Basically covers you for the night when you arrive, and the afternoon of the event. I know there's something going on Sunday and some people are staying til then, but these reservations are basically for OCC only

When we get there, I will be checking in for the reservation as a whole. At that point, each individual party will provide their own information (cc to use, hilton rewards acct, etc) to check in for their own separate room. Sounds semi complicated, but pretty easy once we get there.

Also, the issue with your room was not so much having 5 people, as a general employee answered it would be fine, plus we all ready have 2 groups with 4. It was more not having any information like a name or numbers and still checking them in. Security's crazy, and they're pretty strigent about knowing who's staying in their rooms.

The rate is being setup as a group, thus for us to check in for the evening/night of 5/3 until the afternoon of 5/4. I'm calling the sales agent again in a few to check in about Gerry's situation, but I will inquire about this as well

Ok, just had a chat with her. Couple things.

@exentix; You're good to go checking in the day before at the group rate. Basically you'll be checking in twice; once under your own reservation, which will be at the group rate, then checking out again on friday, and checking back in again with the group friday night. Call and talk to Brenden now if you can at (845)567 9500, he's handling this portion for me and all ready knows what the deal is. Thank him as well haha

@NJSPEED3; Also, the limit for rooms is 4 people. So good news if you just have your friend's first names and last initial, I can work with that and place your number down for a contact, but 4 peeps is the limit. We can try to add the last person to another room, but they will not budge on that one. I'm sorry man

Ok mi familia, this is the second to last update. I say second since there has been a flurry of activity in the last 24 hrs for peeps rushing for rooms, and I'm sure I'm going to get some more request today.

Never fear, the sales agent likes the current list, and room is available, so we will add on until we can no further. With that said, please do not wait until the last day, May 2. I cannot guarantee a reservation can be made, but I'll do my best. Please review:

Guys, when you get a chance, could everyone post the rooming situation for this hotel?

I just need to know how many people were in each room, the number of total rooms occupied and the names of the people in those rooms.

It seems because I was listed as a room occupant and stayed in another room, there is an issue I need to take care of.

Me and shauna had our own room. We stayed Thursday and Friday night, and they let us keep the discount rate, and stayed in the same room. Originally they were going to have us switch.
