That sounds like perfect timing for me. I plan to order all my parts by or before Monday to take advantage of these great deals.

I know everyone wants new products ASAP. But people make this stuff happen and we're rolling into the holidays. JBR can run his business as he wants but as a union electrician I have a soft spot for the worker and understand we all need breaks.

I think most here would wait a little longer for a quality product. I didn't get my 88 trilogy at a crazy discount and still think they were worth every penny.

Just food for thought.

I feel like I've read this response before. Either from you or someone else...déjà vu.

I understand and I am thankful to JBR for the hard work. I would gladly pay full price for it but since my car is pulled apart right now due to injector issues, I want it for the convenience at the same time. Once the car is put back together I probably won't be pulling it apart for awhile. More the timing than anything, and hitting the blackfriday sale would be icing on the cake.

I'm sick and tired of driving the POS while my speed is sitting there without its injectors and manifold and intercooler, I don't want to be without my car for awhile to come.

Thanks Jamie, that's really all I can ask for.

I once said that we at MSF should thank everyone at JBR for their hard work. It's Thanksgiving and with the controversy over early grey Thursday etc, this stuff is just at the forefront of my mind. JBR listens to their customers, make good products, provide good service. Just being thankful.

I specifically meant the second part of your post. Just déjà vu is all.

If you're already BT or have no plans to go BT then, the silicone is hands down the way to go. If you're considering going BT someday, then our aluminum may be the better option for your plans.

Thanks,
Jamie

With silicone inlet size is fixed, with aluminum you can just buy a new inlet coupler to fit your turbo.

Using bad grammar from my cell phone.

Then you wont have to buy a whole new intake like I have too. Even though I'm happy to get rid of the sure intake. Its the last piece of shit from sure left on my car.

Its pretty much the whole reason I'm going BT. Just so I have an excuse to buy JBRs intake.

I saw the facebook tease on injector seals but can you give us any tidbits here? Like how long will they run on test car before release. Before/after pics/inspection to satisfy you with design, etc.

We will have more information information before the end of the week.

We have several test cars lined up making various levels of power. They will be tested as long as it takes to ensure they're ready for public consumption. I'm in no rush.

TJM216 12-09-2014 08:31 PM

Cant wait to test the injector seals for you Jamie! Gunna abuse the hell out of them!

Because the market needs and can support a third copy of a new product?

@Deldran;, we get it. You don't like JBR. Most of your posts are clearly trying to bash them. If you want to talk history of duplicate products, I was around 8 years ago when TWM Releases shifter bushings. Jazzy made short shift plates. Now look who has em. I was around before msf. Most here have not seen the companies who dropped Mazda support. Perrin and Kartboy are just 2 that had enough.

Stop being a fucking troll. There is no need for people to bash vendors that still cater to the dead platform. If you want access to this section, knock it off.

You are going way back, my friend to the days when we first met! What is the quote, "Those who don't know their history are bound to repeat it"

Still being tested and we're not in any rush. Winter has caused testing to run longer than we had anticipated as well. Testing is going great though. Stud kits are ready, just not online yet.

They are being anodized now. Shouldn't be long.

knocturnal 07-04-2015 09:28 AM

Hey i dont know if this was brought to your attention or if its already in the works but how about creating a PVC plate like PERM tuning did. @jbarone;

GCPhotographers 07-05-2015 02:53 PM

Not sure if this is on your list but I would love to see a skidplate...one what covers all the way to the bumper and also color option

I believe Corksport already makes one, out of aluminum.

I know. I am looking to see if JBR would be more competitive price-wise like they are with everything else.

GCPhotographers 07-17-2015 01:36 AM

Any updates? There are people that are still fans of JBR...lol:wtf1:
