New JBR MAZDASPEED 3 Front Sway Bars COMING SOON!!

New JBR 2007 - 2013 Mazdaspeed 3, 2004 - 2013 Mazda 3, & 2014+ SkyActiv Mazda 3 Front Sway Bars coming in July!! Sorry no Mazdaspeed 6.

We spent the last 2 years searching for a manufacturer here in the states to make the front sway bars you all have been begging for. Well today I'm very happy to announce that prototyping and testing is complete and that the deal to have them made to our specs and standards has been closed.

Specs:
-29mm moly
-Double Adjustable
-35% & 55% stiffer than stock

Pricing has not been finalized yet but, you can bet your ass the price will be where you'd expect it to be from JBR and shipping will be FREE!!

Please share this news with all of your fellow Mazda owners as we have a few hundred of them on the way.

Sweet, the wish list grows larger.

Someone should tag everyone with a 6 so when they show up we can laugh at them.

Sorry you MS6 guys...The cost to develop and produce these far exceeds the demand. If I could I would.

Josegarcia020 05-14-2014 12:23 PM

Any discount package for buying front and rear swaybars?? :slaphappy:

Mauro_Penguin 05-14-2014 02:44 PM

I hate you jamie. You mention this months after I purchase my whiteline FSB. There is a chance you can redeem yourself; that is, should you choose and desire to repair my ever true and loyal passion for you and your company. That redemption will come at the cost of rear adjustable toe arms.

RELEASE THEM!!!! RIGHT MEOW!!!!!!!!!

LatinKraze 05-14-2014 08:21 PM

Awesome, looking forward to picking this up along with your STS

FSUMazdaSpeed 05-14-2014 08:30 PM

jack_hammer 05-15-2014 12:37 PM

at the risk of sounding like a jerk here, but maybe i'm just setting you up to give a great update... what kind of brackets do you plan to use on this? the break rate of the generic energy suspension brackets on the rear bars isn't as big of a deal on the rear because of the ease to replace. however, the front brackets are significantly more difficult to access. it's the kind of thing better to do once and be done.

is there any chance you guys are using a reinforced bracket (not your billet one) like you see on the hotchkis or cobb bars?

Johnasaurus 05-15-2014 12:46 PM

This is going to be good!

The generic bushings and brackets will never break on the front bar like on the rear. The front bar is significantly longer and there's significantly less force on the bushings as opposed to the rear.

The hotchkis and cobb brackets break too on rear.

Kid_dynamite93 06-23-2014 12:13 PM

So when's the release date on these??

Not exactly sure. It will be in july that much I do know.

JBR 07-03-2014 09:09 AM

I was informed by our manufacturer that they would be completed on the 11th of this month. I suspect it will take a few days for them to to be shipped to us and a few more for packaging and such. Looks like we're on track for a late July release.

Thanks,
Jamie

At least we haven't discontinued making the parts that we offer like all the others have.

And I still have plans to make more!

Absolutly!

My comment was meant to imply we haven't given up on the 6 yet not to fire back at you.

A front/rear package as asked for earlier would be awesome!

pfp22972 07-24-2014 03:07 PM

I am eagerly awaiting this release...

JBR 07-24-2014 09:40 PM

Gen 2 release will be Monday, Gen 1 the following week.

There will not be a package deal however, when purchased separately they will still be cheaper than any other package I've seen once shipping is factored in.

Thanks,
Jamie

Any fitment issue needing consideration on lowered vehicles?

allo80 01-26-2015 07:50 PM

Any reviews on the Front Sway Bar?

Lex2007 01-27-2015 08:29 AM

Is it even worth it? The car is just gonna push harder with stiffer front, no? Never mind the headache of the actual job.

Not really no. When combined with suspension and a rear sway bar the car is really well balanced. It handles very well on the track and on the street too. Flat and very responsive to inputs.

jack_hammer 01-27-2015 09:09 AM

FSB isn't that hard. and if your bushings are shot, then you're not looking at much more work to swap bars instead of just bushings.

i like the feel of a stiff front end. both sway bars, upgraded struts/shocks, and stiffer springs = a significantly enhanced driving experience.

JBR 01-27-2015 09:41 AM

Since the release threads are a bit buried, I thought you guys would want to know this has been released for some time.
